I’ve been fortunate enough to have some excellent sales training in my career, starting out in a “boiler room”, working in recruitment in commission only roles, working alongside some of the best sales people in the media & advertising industry, meeting some of the best sales people in the UK during my sales recruitment career, and undergoing formal sales training in AIDA, DIPDA, FAB, SPIN and The Challenger Sale. 


The market has been tough for the past 18-24 months and during this period training has been top of the agenda for many recruitment agency owners. There’s signs that the market is starting to pick up now but as we’ve seen, recruitment training should be a continual investment. We’ve put together a list of some of the best recruitment trainers in the UK recruitment industry. 


Charles Kyriakou - Inf1nite Learning

Charles Kyriakou has recently relaunched his recruitment training consultancy as Inf1nite Learning. They provide comprehensive training programs for recruitment professionals. Their courses cover a wide range of topics, delivered face to face including basic recruitment skills, on the desk training, business development, and so much more for junior to senior / managing consultants.
