40 Recruitment Podcasts You Need To Listen To
Created by Robert Garner on Fri Jan 05 2024 and edited on Mon Nov 11 2024
It’s easy to get wrapped up in the day to day running of your recruitment firm or your job as a consultant or team leader. The hours of your day just flying by, managing consultants, leading pitches for large clients wins, hiring new members of staff, sending out CVs, dealing with accountants and the million other things a recruiter needs to do on a daily basis so don’t forget about self development too.
In today's fast-paced recruitment landscape, staying ahead of the curve is crucial for anyone involved in the industry. Whether you're looking for innovative recruitment techniques, insights into the latest HR technologies, or inspiration from global thought leaders, there's something here for everyone. Tune in during your commute, while working out, or even as you wind down after a long day, and transform the way you think about and approach recruitment.
Each podcast in our carefully curated list has been selected for its unique perspective, actionable insights, and relevance to current industry trends. We’ve made a decision to focus on more UK based podcasts as these seemed more relevant to the market here (in the UK). Having said this, a few big American podcasts have snuck into our list as there’s a wealth of knowledge from recruiters in the US that we can still apply to our market. We also see a lot of agencies looking to expand into the US now so it just made sense.
There is an absolute tonne of recruitment podcasts so apologies if we missed you off the list! We tried to include everyone we knew of and kept to podcasts that are still going or stopped relatively recently. And if we missed you get in touch and we'll add you.
We’ve added a couple of main links to each of the podcasts but if you’re looking to listen to them on another platform then do a bit of Googling - you work in recruitment so it should be a pretty strong skill of yours’!
Get ready for the most comprehensive, alphabetical list of recruitment related podcasts available on the internet!
