15 Brilliant Recruitment Copywriters

Created by Robert Garner on Tue Apr 16 2024 and edited on Tue Apr 16 2024

Writing is hard. Well I mean writing is relatively easy, I can put together an email, a WhatsApp message and LinkedIn InMail pretty quickly - using a dozen of my prefabricated templates. However good, original content is hard to write. Coming up with ideas is tough, let alone the actual writing. Writing a cold email sales pitch, which grabs your prospects' attention is super hard. Writing an engaging, informative and entertaining blog post that goes viral is hard. It's so easy to have a blogs section that no one visits. And that’s why you need a professional writer in your life. But what to look for?

Some recruitment industry writers will specialise in particular forms of content, while others will be generalist. Each will be able to write for a variety of different clients but you should choose a content creator who you feel suits the tone of voice you're looking for. Some will charge per day, others will work on monthly retainers and some are happy to work on off of pieces.

Whether you’re looking for a professional copywriter to help with your job adverts, role descriptions, website copy, blog posts, research papers, salary guides or emails, we’ve got you covered with some of the most prominent and influential copywriters in the recruitment industry.
